1. Development proposals must demonstrate how they will meet the following requirements:
a. New student bedrooms will contribute towards meeting the needs of The Bell Educational Trust Limited’s adjacent educational site; and
b. Development will be carefully integrated with the adjacent educational site.

3.2.72. The allocation will provide 100 student rooms that will help to meet the existing and future needs of the educational facility adjacent to the site. Whilst the operator of the facility has changed ownership, this site provides an opportunity to deliver student accommodation needs within close proximity to the facility and support future business and academic needs.
3.2.73. The site has planning permission which has been delivered except for this remaining parcel of land for 100 bed student living accommodation for the Bell Language School (06/0795/OUT).
