Appendix F: Monitoring Framework (indicators)

The Councils will monitor the implementation and performance of the against the monitoring indicators set out in the monitoring framework in this appendix. The results will be reported annually through the AMR, as data is available. If, through monitoring, it appears that the targets for the policies and allocations are not being achieved, the trigger under each indicator will apply. There is a specific set of actions for each indicator which will be triggered by the target not being achieved. This will predominately focus on reviewing the implementation of the policy, and any additional guidance required, prior to considering the review of need, evidence or policy.
