If you wish to submit a new site or provide updated information about a previous site submission, please complete our dedicated Sites Form by 30 January 2026, where you can tell us about the site and submit any supporting documentation. And you can view the sites that the Councils have considered and assessed through the Housing and Employment Land Availability Assessment (HELAA). These sites include those submitted by landowners, site promoters and ones identified by the Councils: Sites Dashboard.
